Martin F. Walker brings over 38 years of distinguished military and civilian service to Ujima Community Services LV. A Senior Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force Reserve Command, Martin is known for his unwavering leadership, strategic insight, and heart for empowering people.

As a seasoned human resources expert and former Flight Chief of the 926 Force Support Squadron, Martin has guided both military and civilian teams with clarity, efficiency, and integrity. His experience in organizational management and community mobilization makes him an invaluable force behind Ujima’s mission to uplift families and foster collective responsibility.

Martin’s leadership extends far beyond titles—he is a builder of systems, a connector of people, and a tireless advocate for service-based impact. His academic foundation in Organizational Management, along with a deep commitment to personal development, reflects his belief that strong communities begin with strong leaders.
