Kwanzaa in Las Vegas has been quietly and powerfully held by a few dedicated people, but we’re ready to change that. The Kwanzaa Collective is an initiative that is expanding the legacy: opening up more welcoming spaces where anyone can learn and celebrate Kwanzaa with clarity and certainty.

What is the Kwanzaa Collective?

The Kwanzaa Collective is a citywide coalition of community members, businesses, faith groups, nonprofits, and cultural organizations committed to amplifying Kwanzaa in Las Vegas. From December 26 to January 1, we work together to promote, support, and coordinate Kwanzaa programs across the city.

Why Participate?

By joining the Collective, your organization or gathering will:

Gain visibility through our citywide promotions
Be booked into our coordinated Kwanzaa calendar
Receive support, resource-sharing, or consultation
Network and collaborate with other Kwanzaa organizers
Ensure your event doesn’t conflict with others
Help strengthen the collective Kwanzaa presence in Las Vegas

How It Works

Tell us about your program
Use the form below to share your date, time, location, and what you plan to do (candle lighting, cultural workshops, performances, etc.).
